Designed for 5th-8th Grade RISD athletes
We enjoyed a summer full of Middle School Prep Clinics and look forward to getting back in the gym for Winter League!
This winter we will offer 5th and 6th Instructional and 7th and 8th Competitive! (Please note there are participation requirements for the 7th and 8th Competitive League) The winter league will run for 8 weeks.

TVA programs fill on a first come, first served basis. Our space is limited, so please register early to guarantee your spot!

Winter League Schedule and Locations:
1 night per week!
Wednesdays
6-7:20pm 5th/6th Grade Teams
7:40-9pm 7th/8th Grade Teams
Dates and Locations
We will rotate between the 4 RISD High Schools. The location for each night will be updated before Thanksgiving.
January 14 - Richardson HS
January 21 - Pearce HS
January 28 - Berkner HS
February 4 - Lake Highlands HS
February 11 - Richardson HS
February 18 - Pearce HS
February 25 - Berkner HS
March 4 - Lake Highlands HS
8 Weeks - Wednesdays
January 14 - March 4
6:00 - 7:20 pm
Each night we will meet at one of the four Richardson ISD high schools.
Both beginners and intermediate players will be challenged in this league. Our unique formula of 40 minutes of instruction followed by 40 minutes of match play provides the opportunity for our athletes to immediately implement what they just learned in practice!
Regulation court used with lighter ball (Volley-lite). Serving line and net height is adjusted for skill level.
Experienced coaching staff. Coach remains with the same team throughout league.
All teams learn a 4-2 offense.

This league is designed for competitive athletes who have played on their 7th grade middle school team. If your athlete did NOT play on their middle school team please contact Erin@texasvolleyballacademy.com before registering. Our unique formula of 40 minutes of instruction followed by 40 minutes of match play provides the opportunity for our athletes to immediately implement what they just learned in practice!
