Cecilia Rodriguez

Cecilia was born and raised in the DFW area. She started playing volleyball in 6th grade following the steps of her older sister. She played on her school volleyball team until she graduated high school. Afterwards, she kept up with the sport playing recreational here and there. Cecilia graduated from The University of North Texas with a degree in Biology and a minor in Education and Spanish. She also has her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Texas at Arlington. She taught in high school until 2021 to become a stay at home mom to her daughter and now son. She’s moved from one coast to the other since then through her husband’s service in the Navy. 

Fun Fact: 

Cecilia loves to travel and has been to at least 10 countries and 16 states. Since having her daughter, Costa Rica has been their favorite family vacation. She loves to spend the day at the park on a nice day with her kids and a picnic blanket.
