Meredith Lee grew up in Colleyville where she played at Colleyville Heritage High School and played club at TAV as a defensive specialist and libero. After graduating, she went to the University of Georgia where she got Bachelor’s degrees in English Education and Psychology. From there, she moved to North Carolina where she taught high school English and coached junior varsity volleyball at Mount Tabor High School. While in North Carolina, Meredith coached club volleyball for a 14s team in Winston-Salem.

When she moved back to Texas, she started working at Byron Nelson High School where she spent two years coaching the junior varsity team and two years as the varsity assistant for Bobcat volleyball. Now Meredith works for the curriculum and instruction department for Northwest ISD.

Fun facts: My high school volleyball coach was Libby Pacheco, who I later worked with at Byron Nelson and also coaches for TVA! My husband, Chris, is a varsity football coach for Byron Nelson High School and we have two dogs named Grey and Tex.
